Return Policy Overview
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number, product details, and the reason for the return request.
Once your request is reviewed, our customer service team will provide instructions regarding eligibility, shipping procedures, replacement options, and refund processing.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to shipping or warehouse errors, Car Sales and Parts Center will cover the cost of return shipping whenever applicable. However, if the return is due to customer preference, incorrect ordering, or change of mind, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Eligibility
Our standard return policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. After 30 days, we may be unable to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To qualify for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and uninstalled
- Item must be in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, hardware, and labels must be included
- Product must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Certain items may not qualify for return including custom orders, clearance products, electrical components, special-order parts, used items, installed components, and products marked as non-returnable.
Refund Process
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our returns department to verify eligibility and condition.
After inspection is completed, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Sale and Clearance Items

We only replace products if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or if the incorrect item was shipped.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact our support team with your order number, photos of the issue, and product details before returning the item.
